Excellent Stay
spacious room complimentary water upgraded room
I found a spacious room with complimentary mineral water. The hotel gave us clean towels near the pool. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. We received an upgraded room celebrating a birthday. A free drink and dessert each were also given. We enjoyed these. two bath robes and slippers for the pool.
The parking cost of £4 each day was not in the hotel information. I think clarity here will help future guests.

The hotel provides easy access to transport into the city centre. The hotel is near the bypass. This makes it easy to find the hotel. The tram stop is close to the hotel. This is ideal for traveling.

a dream of a hotel
easy trips clean room comfortable bed
the proximity to the tram made city trips easy. i was happy with the very clean and quiet room. the bed was so comfortable that i slept wonderfully each night.
the parking fee, though small, should perhaps be clearer before arrival.

the hotel is near a tram line, it provides easy access to both the airport and the city center. a shopping center near the station offers added convenience for necessities and spontaneous shopping trips. the commute to the heart of the city took only a brief time by tram.

my room included a large bed with crisp linens, it gave comfort each night. it featured modern decor, it provided a simple and peaceful vibe. the bathroom had fluffy towels and quality toiletries.

i had a good breakfast each morning, it included many options, even for vegetarians. staff are friendly, they always smiled and were helpful with directions. the hotel also offers luggage storage after checkout.

Acceptable, but some issues
tram noise uncomfortable pillows
The room was a nice size.
The tram line nearby presented a challenge. I found the noise disruptive even with the soundproofing. The pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable. It is odd considering the quality of the shower, quite nice. this detracted from what could have been a restful stay.

EXCELLENT stay!
tram stop great size
The hotel is super close to a tram stop and krispy kream donuts. THE staff are great and my room was very clean and of a great size. my stay was GREAT!
The breakfast service WAS slow on my first day. It took 35 minutes for the cooked breakfast to arrive. They also brought the wrong tea, a bit annoying. I hope they can improve this!

The on-site gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allows guests to maintain their fitness routines. There is also a small pool available to relax in. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, WHICH added convenience. Fresh towels were supplied daily. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and I really enjoyed the stay!

My room featured a comfortable bed ensuring restful sleep. I found two separate sinks in the bathroom which really helped. The hotel provided convenient tram access , made travel seamless.
The gym has limited equipment which wasnt ideal.

membership benefits free parking convenient checkout
The breakfast included many choices. the desk gentleman described all membership benefits, giving us free parking. He was helpful. the checkout time was at 1200. This was super convenient.
The pool was a bit overcrowded. I felt this slightly compromised safety.
