I found a spacious room with complimentary mineral water. The hotel gave us clean towels near the pool. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. We received an upgraded room celebrating a birthday. A free drink and dessert each were also given. We enjoyed these. two bath robes and slippers for the pool.
The parking cost of ÂŁ4 each day was not in the hotel information. I think clarity here will help future guests.

the proximity to the tram made city trips easy. i was happy with the very clean and quiet room. the bed was so comfortable that i slept wonderfully each night.
the parking fee, though small, should perhaps be clearer before arrival.

my room included a large bed with crisp linens, it gave comfort each night. it featured modern decor, it provided a simple and peaceful vibe. the bathroom had fluffy towels and quality toiletries.

i had a delightful breakfast each morning, it included many options, even for vegetarians. staff are friendly, they always smiled and were helpful with directions. the hotel also offers luggage storage after checkout.

The room was a nice size.
The tram line nearby presented a challenge. I found the noise disruptive even with the soundproofing. The pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable. It is odd considering the quality of the shower, quite nice. this detracted from what could have been a restful stay.

The location was convenient. The tram stop was just a short walk away, and it made getting to the city center easy. the secured parking gave me peace of mind for my car throughout my stay. our room was super clean and cozy, which i appreciated.
The pool was a key reason i chose this place, but it was overcrowded. it was clear the guidelines were not followed, disappointing. breakfast service was slow one morning, and there was a mix-up with the tea. the parking fee wasn't clearly mentioned beforehand. The gate said one price, but it turned out differently.

The hotel is super close to a tram stop and krispy kream donuts. THE staff are great and my room was very clean and of a great size. my stay was GREAT!
The breakfast service WAS slow on my first day. It took 35 minutes for the cooked breakfast to arrive. They also brought the wrong tea, a bit annoying. I hope they can improve this!

The gym has limited equipment which wasnt ideal.

The breakfast included many choices. the desk gentleman described all membership benefits, giving us free parking. He was helpful. the checkout time was at 1200. This was super convenient.
The pool was a bit overcrowded. I felt this slightly compromised safety.
